1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Tikko ("the App", "Tikko", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Tikko is a habit tracking and personal calendar application that allows users to:

Track daily activities with check marks
Record memos, images, drawings, stickers, and related content
Record income and expenses in a monthly ledger
Connect with friends and share progress
Send reactions such as likes and cheers
Use optional integrations such as Google Calendar sync
Purchase optional paid features through in-app purchases

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must sign in using a supported authentication provider such as Google or Apple to use certain features of the App
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and device
You must provide accurate and non-misleading information when creating or maintaining your profile
You may not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
We may restrict multiple or abusive accounts used to evade enforcement or misuse the service

4. Community Standards and Zero Tolerance Policy

Tikko includes user-generated content and social features. To maintain a safe environment, you agree that you will not:

Use the App for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose
Harass, threaten, abuse, stalk, exploit, or harm other users
Upload, post, transmit, or share objectionable, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise inappropriate content
Submit spam, deceptive content, or malicious links
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, our systems, or another user's account
Use bots, scripts, automation, or scraping tools in unauthorized ways
Interfere with or disrupt the App's normal functionality or security

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Violations may result in content removal, account restriction, suspension, or termination without prior notice where appropriate.

5. Reporting, Blocking, and Moderation

Users may report objectionable content or abusive users through the App
Users may block abusive users; blocking may immediately hide related content from the blocking user's experience
We may review reports, block-related metadata, and relevant content for safety, compliance, and enforcement purposes
We may remove content, limit features, restrict accounts, or take other action if we determine that content or behavior violates these Terms or threatens user safety
We aim to review actionable abuse reports promptly and may act within 24 hours where reasonably possible

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create, subject to the rights granted in these Terms
By submitting content through the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, display, and process that content solely as necessary to operate, improve, moderate, and provide the service
You are solely responsible for the content you create, upload, or share
You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit such content and that your content does not violate law or third-party rights
We may remove, restrict, or disable access to content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or our safety standards

7. In-App Purchases

Certain features may be offered as paid in-app purchases through Apple
All purchases are processed by Apple under Apple's terms and policies
We do not store your full payment information
Purchased features may be restored where supported
We may change, replace, or discontinue purchasable features in the future, subject to applicable law

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, text, graphics, interfaces, features, software, and related intellectual property, is owned by or licensed to Tikko
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the App except as permitted by law
The Tikko name, branding, and related marks may not be used without prior written permission

10. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services, including Google, Apple, Supabase, Firebase, and Google Calendar. Your use of those third-party services may also be subject to their separate terms, policies, and practices, and we are not responsible for third-party services beyond what is required by law.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, except where warranties cannot be excluded by law
We do not guarantee that the App will always be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, or error-free
We are not responsible for losses resulting from service interruptions, device issues, or third-party provider outages, except as required by law

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tikko shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from or related to your use of the App.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the App at any time and may request account deletion through available in-app tools or by contacting us
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users, abuse the service, or if required for legal, safety, or operational reasons
Content and account data may be removed or retained as described in our Privacy Policy and as required by law or legitimate operational needs

14. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue part of the App from time to time
We may update these Terms as the service evolves or legal requirements change
Continued use of the App after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.

메모, 이미지, 그림, 스티커 등 사용자 콘텐츠 작성
월별 가계부를 통한 수입 및 지출 기록
친구 연결 및 진행 상황 공유
좋아요, 응원 등의 소셜 반응 기능 이용

인앱결제를 통한 선택적 유료 기능 이용

3. 이용 자격 및 계정

앱의 일부 또는 전체 기능 이용을 위해 Google 또는 Apple 등 지원되는 인증 수단으로 로그인해야 할 수 있습니다
계정 및 기기 보안 유지 책임은 사용자에게 있습니다
프로필 생성 및 유지 과정에서 정확하고 오해를 일으키지 않는 정보를 제공해야 합니다
타인을 사칭하거나 신원을 허위로 표시해서는 안 됩니다
서비스 우회, 제재 회피, 악용 목적의 다중 계정은 제한될 수 있습니다

4. 커뮤니티 기준 및 무관용 정책

Tikko는 사용자 생성 콘텐츠와 소셜 기능을 포함합니다. 안전한 이용 환경을 위해 사용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.

불법적, 사기성, 또는 승인되지 않은 목적의 앱 이용
다른 사용자를 괴롭히거나 위협하거나 학대하거나 스토킹하거나 착취하거나 해를 끼치는 행위
불쾌감, 혐오, 명예훼손, 성적 표현, 폭력성 또는 기타 부적절한 콘텐츠의 업로드, 게시, 전송 또는 공유
스팸, 기만적 콘텐츠, 악성 링크의 제출
앱, 시스템, 또는 다른 사용자 계정에 대한 무단 접근 시도
봇, 스크립트, 자동화 도구, 스크래핑 도구 등의 비정상적 사용
앱의 정상적인 기능이나 보안을 방해하거나 저해하는 행위

저희는 부적절한 콘텐츠와 악성 사용자에 대해 무관용 원칙을 적용합니다. 위반 시 사전 통지 없이도 콘텐츠 삭제, 계정 제한, 이용 정지 또는 해지 조치가 이루어질 수 있습니다.

5. 신고, 차단 및 운영 조치

사용자는 앱 내에서 부적절한 콘텐츠 또는 악성 사용자를 신고할 수 있습니다
사용자는 악성 사용자를 차단할 수 있으며, 차단 시 관련 콘텐츠가 즉시 숨김 처리될 수 있습니다
저희는 안전 운영, 정책 집행 및 법적 준수 목적상 신고 정보, 차단 관련 메타데이터 및 관련 콘텐츠를 검토할 수 있습니다
콘텐츠 또는 행동이 본 약관, 관련 법령, 사용자 안전을 침해한다고 판단되는 경우, 콘텐츠 삭제, 기능 제한, 계정 제한 또는 기타 필요한 조치를 취할 수 있습니다
신고된 악용 사례는 가능한 한 신속히 검토하며, 합리적으로 가능한 경우 24시간 내 조치를 목표로 합니다

6. 사용자 콘텐츠

사용자가 생성한 콘텐츠의 소유권은 원칙적으로 사용자에게 있습니다. 단, 본 약관에서 정한 권리는 예외로 합니다
사용자는 앱에 콘텐츠를 제출함으로써, 서비스 운영, 개선, 검토, 보안 유지 및 제공에 필요한 범위 내에서 해당 콘텐츠를 저장, 복제, 가공, 표시 및 처리할 수 있는 비독점적, 전 세계적, 무상 라이선스를 회사에 부여합니다
사용자가 작성, 업로드 또는 공유하는 콘텐츠에 대한 책임은 사용자 본인에게 있습니다
사용자는 해당 콘텐츠를 제출할 권리를 보유하고 있으며, 법률 또는 제3자의 권리를 침해하지 않음을 보장해야 합니다
저희는 본 약관, 관련 법령 또는 안전 기준을 위반하는 콘텐츠에 대해 삭제, 제한 또는 접근 차단 조치를 할 수 있습니다

7. 인앱결제

앱 내 일부 기능은 Apple을 통한 유료 인앱결제로 제공될 수 있습니다
모든 결제는 Apple의 정책과 약관에 따라 처리됩니다
저희는 사용자의 전체 결제 정보를 저장하지 않습니다
지원되는 경우 구매한 기능은 복원될 수 있습니다
관련 법령이 허용하는 범위 내에서, 유료 기능은 향후 변경, 대체 또는 중단될 수 있습니다

8. 개인정보 처리방침

앱 이용에는 별도의 개인정보 처리방침이 함께 적용되며, 개인정보의 수집, 이용 및 보호에 대한 자세한 내용은 해당 문서를 따릅니다.

9. 지적재산권

앱의 디자인, 텍스트, 그래픽, 인터페이스, 기능, 소프트웨어 및 관련 지적재산권은 Tikko에 귀속되거나 적법하게 라이선스를 받은 것입니다
법령상 허용되는 경우를 제외하고, 앱의 어떤 부분도 복사, 수정, 역설계, 배포, 판매하거나 2차적 저작물을 제작할 수 없습니다
Tikko 명칭, 브랜드 및 관련 표지는 사전 서면 허가 없이 사용할 수 없습니다

10. 제3자 서비스

앱은 Google, Apple, Supabase, Firebase, Google Calendar 등 제3자 서비스와 연동될 수 있습니다. 이러한 제3자 서비스의 이용은 각 서비스의 약관, 정책 및 운영 방식의 적용을 받을 수 있으며, 저희는 관련 법령상 요구되는 범위를 제외하고 제3자 서비스 자체에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.

11. 보증의 부인

앱은 법률상 배제할 수 없는 보증을 제외하고, "있는 그대로(as is)", "제공 가능한 범위 내(as available)"에서 제공됩니다
앱이 항상 중단 없이, 안전하게, 정확하게 또는 오류 없이 제공된다고 보장하지 않습니다
법률상 요구되는 경우를 제외하고, 서비스 중단, 기기 문제 또는 제3자 서비스 장애로 인한 손실에 대해 책임지지 않습니다

12. 책임의 제한

관련 법령이 허용하는 최대 범위 내에서, Tikko는 앱 이용과 관련하여 발생하는 간접손해, 부수손해, 특별손해, 결과손해, 징벌적 손해 또는 이익, 데이터, 영업기회, 신용 손실에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.

다만, 관련 법령상 배제할 수 없는 책임은 본 약관에 의해 제한되지 않습니다.

13. 이용 제한 및 해지

사용자는 언제든지 앱 이용을 중단할 수 있으며, 앱 내 제공 수단 또는 문의를 통해 계정 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다
사용자가 본 약관을 위반하거나, 다른 사용자에게 위험을 초래하거나, 서비스를 악용하거나, 법적·안전상·운영상 이유가 있는 경우 저희는 앱 이용을 제한, 정지 또는 해지할 수 있습니다
콘텐츠 및 계정 데이터의 삭제 또는 보관은 개인정보 처리방침 및 관련 법령, 정당한 운영상 필요에 따라 처리됩니다

14. 서비스 또는 약관의 변경

저희는 서비스의 일부를 수정, 중단 또는 종료할 수 있습니다
서비스 변경 또는 법적 요구사항 반영을 위해 본 약관을 수시로 변경할 수 있습니다
변경된 약관의 효력 발생 후에도 앱을 계속 이용하는 경우, 사용자는 개정 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다

15. 준거법

본 약관은 소비자 보호 관련 강행규정을 제외하고 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되고 적용됩니다.
