1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Tikko ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Tikko is a habit tracking and personal calendar application that allows users to:

• Track daily activities with check marks
• Record income and expenses in a monthly ledger
• Connect with friends and share progress
• Sync with Google Calendar (optional)

3. User Accounts

• You must sign in with Google or Apple to use the App
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate information when creating your profile
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Upload offensive, inappropriate, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or other users' accounts
• Use automated systems or bots to access the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality

5. User Content

• You retain ownership of content you create (check marks, memos, stickers, etc.)
• By using the App, you grant us a license to store and display your content as necessary to provide the service
• You are responsible for the content you create and share
• We may remove content that violates these terms

6. Intellectual Property

• The App, including its design, features, and code, is owned by Tikko
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without permission
• The Tikko name and logo are our trademarks

7. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services (Google, Supabase, Firebase). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• We are not responsible for any data loss

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tikko shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time through the App settings
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.

2. 서비스 설명

Tikko는 습관 추적 및 개인 캘린더 애플리케이션으로 다음 기능을 제공합니다:

• 체크 표시로 일일 활동 추적
• 월별 가계부에 수입/지출 기록
• 친구와 연결하여 진행 상황 공유
• Google 캘린더 동기화 (선택사항)

3. 사용자 계정

• 앱 이용을 위해 Google 또는 Apple 로그인이 필요합니다
• 계정 보안 유지는 사용자 본인의 책임입니다
• 프로필 생성 시 정확한 정보를 제공해야 합니다
• 한 사람이 여러 계정을 유지할 수 없습니다

4. 사용자 행동 규칙

다음 행위는 금지됩니다:

• 불법적인 목적으로 앱 사용
• 다른 사용자를 괴롭히거나 학대하거나 해를 끼치는 행위
• 공격적이거나 부적절하거나 유해한 콘텐츠 업로드
• 앱 또는 다른 사용자 계정에 무단 접근 시도
• 자동화 시스템 또는 봇을 사용한 앱 접근
• 앱 기능을 방해하거나 중단시키는 행위

5. 사용자 콘텐츠

• 사용자가 생성한 콘텐츠(체크 표시, 메모, 스티커 등)의 소유권은 사용자에게 있습니다
• 앱 이용 시, 서비스 제공에 필요한 범위 내에서 콘텐츠를 저장하고 표시할 수 있는 라이선스를 부여합니다
• 생성하고 공유하는 콘텐츠에 대한 책임은 사용자에게 있습니다
• 본 약관을 위반하는 콘텐츠는 삭제될 수 있습니다

6. 지적재산권

• 앱의 디자인, 기능, 코드를 포함한 모든 것은 Tikko의 소유입니다
• 허가 없이 앱의 어떤 부분도 복사, 수정, 배포할 수 없습니다
• Tikko 이름과 로고는 저희의 상표입니다

7. 제3자 서비스

앱은 제3자 서비스(Google, Supabase, Firebase)와 연동됩니다. 이러한 서비스 이용은 각각의 약관 및 개인정보처리방침의 적용을 받습니다.

8. 보증의 부인

• 앱은 어떠한 종류의 보증 없이 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다
• 앱이 중단 없이 또는 오류 없이 작동할 것을 보장하지 않습니다
• 데이터 손실에 대해 책임지지 않습니다

9. 책임의 제한

법률이 허용하는 최대 범위 내에서, Tikko는 앱 이용으로 인해 발생하는 간접적, 우발적, 특별 또는 결과적 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.

10. 계정 해지

• 앱 설정에서 언제든지 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다
• 본 약관을 위반하는 계정은 정지 또는 해지될 수 있습니다
• 해지 시 데이터는 영구적으로 삭제됩니다

11. 약관 변경

본 약관은 수시로 업데이트될 수 있습니다. 변경 후 앱을 계속 이용하면 새로운 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.

12. 준거법

본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되고 적용됩니다.
